Terms of Use – Instalytics

Welcome to Instalytics! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Instalytics mobile application and services ("Service"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

Instalytics is a paid analytics platform that helps influencers understand and compare Instagram performance. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.

2. Subscription & Billing

Instalytics is offered as a paid subscription service.

• If your subscription is not renewed or is cancelled, we may permanently delete all associated data at our sole discretion.
• We are not obligated to retain your data beyond your active subscription period.
• No refunds will be issued for partial periods or unused time unless required by law.

3. Service Availability

We do our best to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Temporary interruptions or performance issues may occur, including during an active subscription.
• Some disruptions may be beyond our control (e.g., changes in Instagram APIs, server outages, etc.).
• No guarantees are made regarding 100% uptime, accuracy, or availability.

4. User Responsibility & Conduct

You agree to:

• Only connect Instagram accounts you are authorized to access
• Refrain from using the app to violate any law or third-party policy
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service

We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations, abuse, or at our sole discretion.

5. Termination of Access

We may suspend or permanently ban users at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Abuse or misuse of the service
• Payment issues
• Activity we consider harmful or suspicious

You waive any claim or liability against us for the termination of your access or deletion of your data.

6. Content Responsibility

We do not control or moderate content pulled from Instagram.
You are fully responsible for any media or data associated with your connected account.
Instalytics does not create or endorse Instagram content, and we are not liable for its legality or accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Instalytics is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages (direct or indirect)
• We do not guarantee that the service will always function without errors or downtime, even for paid users

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Instalytics means you accept the revised Terms.
